Comanche Cove Owners Association has a Board of Directors consisting of seven members who strive to make this community a better place to live and raise a family. The Cove is made up of 2,364 lots ranging from commercial to residential. The office is located in the Community Center. This community offers country living, scenic views, a swimming pool, boat ramp, parks, and much more. Comanche Cove is a Bird Sanctuary. 


Comanche Cove History
Comanche Cove Owners Association was developed March 8, 1976. Comanche Cove is located just outside the City of Granbury, off of Highway 51 and winds to Heritage Trail off of Highway 144. The speed limit is a posted 25 mph. The General Manager, Sue Hoffman, has been managing Comanche Cove for 10 years.

President, Linda Thacker

Linda has been a resident of Comanche Cove for 8

years.  Linda graced our presence while working at

Comanche Cove from 2006 until 2007.  Linda was

elected to the Board of Directors in late 2008,

she is also Comanche Cove's registered agent. 

 

 

 

Secretary/TreasurerJeff St. George,

Jeff has been a resident of Comanche Cove for 8 years. 

Jeff also has been a Hood County Business Owner for

over 25 years.  Jeff has been on the Board of Directors

since 2009.

 

Pool Director, Ann C. Grasty

Ann has been a resident in Comanche

Cove for 12 years. Ann has been on the Board of

Directors since 2001 and previously worked on

restrictions with Joe Escalon to  help clean up the

Cove.  Ann has been the President, Secretary/

Treasurer and the Restrictions Director for the Board

of Directors in the past.

 

 

Architectural Control, Joe Escalon

 Joe has been a resident in Comanche Cove

for eight years. Joe has been on the Board of

Directors since 2003 and previously worked

on restrictions with Ann Grasty. Joe has donated

his time by helping with Clean Up Days, is bilingual, 

and does an outstanding job in helping the Office

out when needed.

 

 

Maintenance Director, Danny Wilson

Danny is a commercial property owner in

Comanche Cove. Danny is also the owner of

Granbury Glass & Mirror. Danny was appointed

to the Board of Directors in late 2008 and is

excited to help with the growth of the community.

 

Teresa Espinoza, Director at Large

Teresa Espinoza and her husband have lived and

are raising their children in Comanche Cove.

They also have Commercial Property in

the Subdivision. She is bylingual and has

helped the community for years.

General Manager, Sue Hoffman

Sue has been natived to Granbury since birth.

She has been General Manager for Comanche Cove

for 21 years.  Prior to her position with Comanche

Cove, she worked 6 years in the legal field and 12

years in banking.  Sue is also a professional

writer and has many published publications.
